Shipping Time

The typical timeframe for delivery ranges from 7 to 12 days. Due to the peak shopping season, the logistics company is experiencing a high volume of packages, which may result in a slight delay in delivery times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please feel free to email us at support@cloisonnekit.com, and we will address them promptly.

Given the variety of colors included in the kit, it may require an additional 1-3 days for us to prepare your order. Rest assured, we are committed to dispatching your order as swiftly as possible.

Please be aware that for certain remote locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and similar regions, the logistics process may extend the delivery time. If the prospect of an extended wait is a concern, we kindly advise against placing an order.

Notes:

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping addresses during the checkout process. Notify us immediately if a change is needed before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped.

 

Should a delivery fail or a package be returned or delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect address provided by the customer (note that returned packages will be destroyed if overseas and cannot be sent back to our warehouse), we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

A: You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Click on "Track your shipment" to access your tracking information.

 

Q: What happens if my package gets stuck in transit?

A: We will offer a replacement or refund if there is no movement after 14 business days.

 

Q: My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you please reship it?

A: If the postal carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot issue a replacement or refund due to theft at your residence. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. 

 

Q: Are estimated shipping and transit times guaranteed?

A: No, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
