Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund within 1 day. We are sorry that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been delivered.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receipt. Before returning, please contact our customer service via email:support@cloisonnekit.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return the package to the address on the package.

Product reasons
You can return an item for free when it was shipped wrong, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective.
Customer reasons
When a customer buys the wrong item, or the customer no longer wants the item, then you are responsible for the return shipping fee. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us and we will answer all your questions to ensure that the purchased products meet your requirements.
If delivery fails and is returned to sender for customer reasons (eg. wrong address, incomplete address), the return shipping fee ($ 5.99) will be deducted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within 2 days.
